The Funds mobile application will allow you to access information that determines your individual rights to social and pension insurance.You will receive information:- about your social security certificate;- about the periods of your labor activity and the periods of performance of work under civil law contracts, these periods have been registered with the Social Security Fund as part of personalized accounting since January 1, 2003;You will get information about your work activity.
This information has been registered with the Fund since July 1, 2019 and is identical to the information that your employer enters in the work book;You will be able to control whether your employer pays mandatory insurance contributions to the funds budget for your pension and social insurance.
To do this, in the mobile application you can get information about the amounts of monthly payments accrued to you, accrued and paid mandatory insurance premiums.
This information is received by the Fund from employers on a quarterly basis - in January for the 4th quarter of the past year, April, July, October - for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarters of the current year.In the Funds mobile application, you will also be able to obtain information about the length of service calculated on the basis of personalized accounting data contained in your individual personal account.
This insurance period will be taken into account when assigning a pension.
The calculation is performed by the Fund on a quarterly basis after your employer provides personalized accounting documents for the reporting period.Until January 1, 2003, the calculation of the insurance period is carried out by the labor, employment and social protection authorities when assigning a labor pension on the basis of a work book and a certificate of earnings for assigning a pension.Also, through the mobile application, you can order the Fund to send to your e-mail address Extracts from an individual personal account.
